Over the last few years, I’ve been on my own transformational journey, mostly triggered by choosing to leave my 20-year marriage and slowly finding myself again. I truly believe that we heal from a place of joy. And that yoga is as much about finding our ananda, our inner bliss, as it is about finding our alignment and balance. The yoga I practise and teach embodies this.


My yoga journey began in India, way back in the late nineties, when I met my guru. But it was only after I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2016, that I truly experienced the healing power of yoga; inspiring me to become a teacher.


I am now dedicated to helping others find healing through yoga. Empowering them to connect deeply with themselves and their journey. My approach combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern research. It is informed as much by my love of yoga practice and philosophy as it by my passion for science.

Q: What is a sexual wellness retreat?

A: “Sexual wellness is a journey towards sexual authenticity, freedom and pleasure”. This is exactly what our retreats are about: creating a safe space for you to explore and discover what that means for you.

And just in case you’re wondering - this is not a “Eyes wide shut” weekend nor does it involve any kind of body work or group nudity. We understand that this is all very personal to you and are trained to hold the space for you in a safe, secure, and confidential way. Our approach focuses on pleasure and is inspired by the https://thepleasureproject.org/


Q: Who will I be meeting at the retreat and what is the size of the group?

A: All women are welcome to our retreats, in all stages of life. Our audience tends to be women in their 40+, but we are open to all. We limit our group to 20 participants, to ensure we can give you our full dedicated attention and care.



Q: Where’s the location?

A: Riversdale Lodge, Riversdale, Wooburn Green, Bourne End SL8 5EB.

The luxurious Riversdale Lodge is in a stunning riverside location, just 40 minutes from London. Bourne End is a Riverside village on the Thames and is acclaimed Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty



Q: How to get there? (Flights, Airport Transfers, Buses, Trains)

A: Please note that guests are responsible for making their own way to and from the retreat location, this is not included in the price.

Just off junction 2 of the M40 and junction 7 of the M4 - 40-minute drive from Notting hill

Nearest train stations are Bourne End (15-minute walk) or Beaconsfield (20-minute fast train from Marylebone station and 15 minute taxi) , Taplow or Maidenhead (40 minute train from Paddington Station and 15 minute taxi)



Q: What shall I bring?


• A refillable water bottle

• A good inspirational book

• A journal to process and write down thoughts

• A few changes yoga wear, our retreat offers one or two classes a day

• Slippers (outdoor shoes not allowed inside) and comfy clothes to potter in

• Appropriate clothing for the country, walking shoes or trainers

• SUP equipment is all provided

• A shawl or blanket for Savasana

• Ear plugs if you need them

• Mats and yoga props are provided but please bring your own if you prefer


Q: What about meals?

A: We will be serving you three delicious, vegetarian meals every day.



Q: What about special requirements?

A: It is our aim and wish for you to totally and utterly relax and have a wonderful retreat weekend so please do let us know if there is anything else we can do to further support you



Q: Do you have a payment plan?
